No ranch dog unfortunately. Whole place to ourselves. Found some agate in the roadbed. Lupine were popping and the bees loved it. Would recommend around this time. Some mud but not too hot. We straitlined down from the summit to the east to pick up with the trail in the valley. We found a whole cow skeleton. Good random mountain
