Temperature in the 40s, mild wind
Icy snow at the second half recommend spikes and poles. Trails are covered by snow. You follow the foot prints. Top view was breathtaking. Down hill was a bit challenging for me. Got stuck at a steeper snow slope, two gentlemen were kind enough to offer help. Learned a bit of the winter mountaineering here, by facing the snow and climbing down, using the poles and kicking of my spikes to the snow to find support. Thanks to Oracle (Walk_at_PCT)
