Started at 6am when the gates opened. Nice view of the lake. Weather was perfect. The trail was easy to follow with a gradual incline. Not too much shade , mostly brush and large boulders. Beautiful views at the top. We stopped at Potato chip rock for our photo. There was already a long line and it took us about an hour to get through, but it was a nice rest break. We were unable to find a survey marker at the peak , but I took a picture with the antennas. Great hike! I would do it again ????
