The road in had us worried we were on the wrong route, two minor water crossings but sedan was able to pass no problem. Parking lot had a few cars but only saw one couple and a mtb the whole hike. The trail was a forest bath, well shaded, running water for a good portion of the start, and wildflowers. Single trek and well maintained. Incredible views of the lake and surround throughout the hike. Wish it was over at the top of tequepis b/c the remainder of the way to broadcast was a water runoff trail at best and straight up. I hadn’t brought my poles, or needed them for tequepis but they would have been nice for ascent / decent to/from Broadcast . The only redeeming quality for broadcast was when we stopped at a vista point otw home and it was listed as a peak on a peak finder map (pictured below). Gorgeous hike, windy at the top, three water crossings (easily navigated with out getting wet. Saw one nope rope on our way out on the road and not the trail.
