First time hiking Mt. Woodson! I've always seen the potato chip photos and was curious to see it in person. Lucky for me, this challenge offered me the chance to actually do it. One of my teammates who knew the route came with, so that was extremely helpful. Since I went during the week there weren't many faces but the ones I did see were happy ones so that was great. It's all about the positive vibes! The weather was sunny with some cool breeze but since I took the steep route I was grateful for any coverage I could find. Definitely plan on bringing shades and hat with plenty of water to spare. There weren't any bathrooms along this route so make sure to use the restroom before you head out. Once I got to the chip i definitely felt accomplished! 10/10 would do this again!
