We were staying in Stowe, and decided to climb up the Eastern side of the mountain- Long Trail to Profanity back to Long Trail.
We started at the Long Trail and followed it up to the peak. As we got toward the top, it turned into more rock climbing with hands and feet necessary to climb up. The top was immensely windy, so we grabbed a fast picture (Thanks to the Green Mountain Club staff!) and headed down for a snack.
Profanity was definitely steep, but an easier way down than the Long Trail. Overall, it was a challenging, but beautiful hike.
