I parked outside the lot, which opens at 8am, and started my hike at 7:02am on the dot. There is a restroom available before you go on the trail, which I highly advise using as there are no other places to “go” until you return (so plan accordingly!). The hike started off at a gradual incline, looping left and right. There are several markers along the way, marking each mile along your journey to the peak.

Not much can be said other than you really need to prepare yourself. The hike to the peak is not too bad..it is the return trip that will get you. When I got home, I did not feel the soreness until the next day but it was so worth it.
