On this specific day the sun was shining and the cold breeze was flowing giving me a hint of freshness and warmth. The terrain was great, easy to travel and wide enough to enjoy the lavish beauty of nature. Every time we stopped and took a breather seemed perfect timing to enjoy the view. The incline wasn't as tuff as expected, but it was long and seemed it was a never ending path. I was amazed and surprised to see a cabin at the top, it was wonderful to see how many hikers get to relax and simple yet helpful to other hikers needs, food, first aid, things that are needed to reload. The cabin seemed a great place to enjoy a night, perfect to view the starts and embrace the view when the sun is long gone and the twinkle of lights are shining above the peak. The view is incredible, a perfect 360 view of palm springs, riverside, Hemet, and Lake Perris, it's mind blowing to see so much beauty in one location. Perfect and a wonderful sanctuary.
