Great Hike to Mount Wilson with my two dogs (off leash). Took the less conventional route from Red Box Canyon. Started on the Gabrielino trail past Valley Forge Campground and towards Wet Fork Campground. Then proceeded up the steep and winding Kenyon-Devore Trail. What a work out. Did not see a single hiker the whole time. A few areas with some pesky insects. There were several stream crossings (nothing hard just hoping from rock to rock) and lots of downed trees.
