Me and my friend started our hike at 8am. The weather was amazing started at 57 degrees and at the finish it was still only 72 degrees! Some puffy clouds started popping up around 9 but it stayed partly cloudy for the whole hike. There are some down trees but none of them caused much of an issue for me or my friend. The very last part of the trial had some over grown bushes but it’s literally the last like 10ft of the trail at the top that’s super overgrown. There are also some decent pockets of full sun so be prepared for some decent sun exposure. The little cabin just below the summit was almost my favorite part of the hike. The little broom inside reminded me of a Halloween witches broom so I now refer to it as the Kendrick witch cabin. We finished our hike around 11:40am. By far the prettiest trial I’ve ever hiked! I strongly recommend making sure you do this trail!
