Oh my, the first half of the trail is up and up and up. Lots of sun. It was between 65-75 but felt a lot warmer. A nice floppy hat would have helped a lot. Thankfully I had sun block.
The trail was easy to follow and navigate. On the way back I ventured into the 5 Oaks trail. That one was a little more rustic. I enjoyed the quiet.
