We were lucky as we had overcast so not too hot. At the top the fog/low clouds rolled in so dew on everything including us so we got a little cold and didn’t linger long just took pictures, and slowly made our way back down as loose soil and rock. Lengthened trekking poles and took the climb down as if on skis digging  the side of my boots in to get down. Think was best call as didn’t fall but both team members fell a few times. It was tiring to do it that way but safer as one section on the way up was steep so much so that I climbed with hands and feet and was not looking to go down that section. Everyone thinks that ‘hey, it’s only 2.2 miles to the top we can kick this out in no time’ Hah! It took 4-5 hours to get to the top. We started at 7 a.m. and finished by 3 p.m. make sure you take enough water and snacks/meal as you will need it.
