It was a nice sunny day. The trail was in good condition and the right choice for the first peak to bag with hiking buddy Susan as I work on getting back into shape after some time off. We took the Five Oaks Trail going up (I did not mind the bench along the way at all) and returned via the old fire road. Loved the huge oaks at the top and the summit circle for great views.
