Started the hike midday on the main trail. Lots of parked cars along the side road at this time. Sunny weather not hot. Steep ascent at the beginning but it becomes gradual climb close to the summit. Super windy specially in the open fields with no trees. It gets chilly with the wind specially at the top. Trail is well maintained and clean. I love it that the summit is not crowded and has more open flat space. Went down through Five Oaks trail which is more bushy, more trees close to the narrow and longer trail but no bugs though.
