We started this hike early in the morning sometime after 8am. There was plenty of parking and the hike overall, was fairly uncrowded. I use my All Trails app and usually read other more recent hiker reviews to have a better understanding of what to expect, and just as others had noted, the hike is fairly moderate ⅔ of the way up (but with many pockets of shade) and with a more gentler climb toward the summit. Was hoping to catch glimpses of early spring foliage, but it seemed that the only things in bloom were the Manzanita bushes (I think that's what they're called) and the bees were active today! Weather wise, was perfect. I was in a tank top most of the way up (I get hot really quick) but did break out my jacket for the way down. Beautiful views at summit! I've included a photo of my stats just for fun!
