I hiked Volcan mt in early March so the morning was cold low 40s but soon as we started hiking it was fine. Trail was well maintained and clear. We finished in just a little over 2 hours which was very good for us since we are just getting into hiking. There were a few pockets of snow which was nice, and LOTS of cat prints on the trail.A lot of uphill but nothing to difficult it was a great workout and great whether so we enjoyed the hike.
