Decided to tackle two San Diego trails today so I started at sunrise. I was the only one on the mountain and saw a few people almost at the end. This hike has an aggressive incline for the first 1.5 miles. It definitely woke me up. Thankfully heat wasn't a factor or this would have been a lot more difficult. There's some bugs in pockets of this hike. I was hoping to see some wild life but I guess it wasn't my day. The summit is uneventful and not much to see. I enjoyed the views on the descend.
