I went up B-P from Vincent Gap. The snow was not too low, started past Lamel Spring. I used crampons, but that was overkill., still I felt better with them on. Plenty of people with microspikes, some with nothing. Lots of through hikers doing the PCT on the trail. It's always a privilege and a pleasure to talk with them. Maybe someday.
