I paid $2 for the parking fee, only saw three other cars there. Signage was amazingly great at the beginning. At the fork, take either Trespass (right) or Hazard (left). From there there was only one drop in elevation after that knoll, it was all up hill after that. Was like a mini Walter’s Wiggles. I stopped a few times for water breaks (glad I didn’t do this in summer or I’d bring an extra gallon of water). Gladly, someone made an arrow out of rocks pointing to the right (to the summit). If not, I may have taken a left and walked further along the fire road, that went as far as the eye could see. I went up and walked right passed the summit not even knowing I was there and continued down hill about 30 yards. I stopped, looked around and my intuition told me to check out that trash can so I went back up and etched on top the trash can is the summit marker. Had my summit brew, did two sets of pushups on the two adjacent boulders and headed back down.
