We started at 5:15 to avoid the heat but we had perfect weather for our San Jacinto Peak hike. This is a beautiful trail with flowers, incredible views, streams and plenty of shade going up. I enjoyed this one because it climbed gradually so I didn’t feel the elevation to much. It’s a long hike and I was definitely exhausted by the end but the scenery made it worth it.
