A great day on the mountain, even if the views weren't the best. Too late of a start (7 am) meant the trail was a little busier than I would have liked, and also meant it got a bit warm on the more exposed sections (warmer than I would have thought for this early in the season). A few mosquitos at the picnic benches at the top, along with some Hindenburg-sized . . . murder hornets? . . . that minded their own business.
