Intermittent snow – not hard to cross

Perfect weather for a mid week hike to Baldy. Up Baldy bowl down devils back bone.  Little patches of snow on the trail as we got past ski hut. Very windy up too as usual but overall a great hike!  Bummer that the notch was not open midweek for a celebratory beer.  Parking was wide open. I highly suggest mid week hikes when your schedule allows it.
