Prepare for this hike and prepare well because the trail is really hard to follow. If you don't pay attention to some of the cairns, you'll be scrambling up rocks and quickly off trail so you'll do a lot of backtracking. Have good shoes!!! Wear gloves because of the potential for rock scrambling and cacti. It's a really fun hike but be prepared.
