It was an absolutely gorgeous day. Warm, no wind, not a cloud in the sky. All Trails says 10 miles, OnX says 11… I logged 12.99… I honestly thought this would be an easy hike, I did Jacinto a month ago, but I literally have been out of the country doing nothing but flat walking for a month. My sleep has been awful… has a 38/100 sleep score last night, body battery of 10/100. Snoozed from 4 am to 6… didn’t start hiking until 915, (got the last spot on the road!) and the hike took me nearly 7 hours! I was dead after 3 miles…but we are done. It’s a fine trail the first mile of fall leaves and a creek is amazing. After that it looks like a SoCal peak. Didn’t realize you needed more than a peak picture. I only took one other photo!
Might overnight Ontario now that I’ve seen the area.
