This was not my longest hike, nor the hike with the most elevation gain, but it kicked my butt. May have been a combination of not having hiked for a couple of weeks or the heat, but it was a struggle. The trail was well maintained and easy to follow, however, it was dusty and hot with very little cover/shade. I hear it's called Strawberry Peak because it is supposed to look like an upside down strawberry. I honestly didn't get that. Not one of my favs, but it's checked off of my list.
