The morning was a bit humid with a sprinkling of rain here and there. It was very green and beautiful views of the canyon. As we got higher and headed toward the summit it dried out and we found ourselves in some pines. Great views and the top. We say big, yellow butterflies. Just the right amount of a challenge for our first hike after taking most of the summer off from hiking.
