Amazing day for a hike! We started the hike at around 6:30am and made it to the peak at around 10:30am. The rainforest section was very fun and peaceful and walking through the mist of the clouds made for amazing weather. We stopped at the Cafe at the top for a short break and then took in the view and started the trek down. We finished around 1:30pm and not once did the sun come out of the clouds (except at the peak when we were above the clouds). Not too many hikers and we did see a few mosquitos but not too many bugs in general. Fun hike! Just long and a lot of elevation.
