It was sunny, brisk, and beautiful.  I felt strong, but had to take some breaks.  That side of Woodson is steep, but short.  Beautiful views and rock formations.  The road was dry, but off road was wet/mushy, so we stayed on the road path.   Great friends make a difference in my hiking experience.
