I totally underestimated this hike. What an incredibly difficult, humbling and beautiful experience. Ran out of water getting close to the top so since I was just trying to conserve energy at this point I was going incredibly slow. Cafe at the top was amazing, possibly the most beautiful site I've ever seen. Took the winter creek trail down and I didn't see anyone mention that nasty half mile up hill with 3 miles left. That was devastating. Everything hurts but I'm proud of what I accomplished, need to get some good training in for the next ones!
