Well…every year I start with good intentions to not wait until the end of the year. As usual I did three close and easier ones early in the year, and now it’s the end of the year!
Sizer is my fourth for the year. Awesome weather and visibility. Two more to go! I came with a Coe newbie, who has never hiked anywhere near 18 steep miles. They did great!
Great weather. Clear skies, and temps that ranger from 50 to 70, which is great for hiking. Nobody else out there, all day. We had the trails to ourselves. We enjoyed seeing snowy peaks in the Sierra, water in the creeks, and clusters of ladybugs, just past the bottom of the Hobbs Road “shortcut”. Great day!
