Began my goal of hiking peaks just before Covid and completed the Mission Trails 5 Peak Challenge. I set my sites on completing the San Diego Six Pack of Peaks Challenge before I turned 60. I tried for two years but the weather (don't want to hike in the heat, rain, or snow) kept me from completing for two years. Finally, in 2024 at 61 years old, I have completed them all, including the dreaded El Cajon Mountain in 2023!
