I love being outdoors and I'm a gear nerd, a real nasty mix for the wallet!

I've done all kinds of hiking from Los Angles to Yosemite, including a few 50+ mile escapades around the Mt. Whitney area. Was on the east coast for a bit too and had some hiking fun in Shenandoah and parts of the AT. Would love to bag the JMT but life always seems to get in the way, some day maybe!
