Today I decided to pick some prickly pears off a cactus just outside near were I am working, and do a taste test. I read that prickly pears have a lot of good properties like antioxidants, inflammatory properties, vitamin C, and fiber. It tasted like a kiwi but the seeds were to hard to eat.
