Tonight I went to check out the Phoenix Bat Cave. It’s a place where thousands of Mexican free tail bats fly out of this tunnel just after sunset during the summer months. The bats are super fast so it was hard to get pictures. I was able to get video though. My picture doesn’t do this experience justice but it was amazing and I was able to find a spot to stand where the bats were flying right over my head it was exhilarating.
