Mount Elden

This trail is very steady and interesting especially around the 3/4 mark. Great views at the summit

Great hike, got a little hot, so gladly took some break in the shade of the big trees along the way. First mile was great,

This trail is about as well maintained as they come, and for good reason – this trail network is popular. Of the hikes included in

Sun was out, lots of wind and more people than I expected down at the lower loop.  Views were ok but definitely a challenge.

Trail was rated Hard on AllTrails but I didn’t it find hard at all. Very scenic, with birds making all sorts of music. Beautiful view
