Super cold early hours 630_7 am in the morning . Warmed up as we walked. I have done it before so felt mentally and physically
Short and sweet is always great
I went in late December and got an early start to avoid crowds. We drove from Phoenix at 6:30am and got the trailhead around 8:30am.
