Had to walk 1.5 miles to the Trailhead as the road was icy and covered with snow. Trail was covered with snow, 1 to 6

The road to Bonanza Peak includes about two miles of very rocky terrain, so definitely take a SUV or at least a crossover to get

This was a hike I won't soon forget, but I did learn a lot about going out by myself and being better prepared for things

Not that hard as far as Las Vegas hikes go, which can be brutal. Difficult to drive to in 2WD.
