It was a great hike super hot and humid and the flies on the bottom half were extremely un expected but it was a moderate

We decided to hike up camels jump starting around 2:00 pm (pretty late). Trail conditions were great. I was a bit scared to not make

I did not think, we would be able to hike the day after we summited Mount Mansfield …. but we did it! We got up

Gorgeous. Forgot socks and someone lent me a pair.  This is solid for trail running! Ran all the way down and most of the way

Trail was pretty soaked, which made descending pretty rough. About a mile and a half of the trail was virtually walking through a small creek,

Given the almost four-hour drive, my plan was to make a weekend out of hiking Camel’s Hump and Mount Mansfield.  I was only half successful
