Rained a bit ascending, but cleared up before Tuckerman Ravine, which was gorgeous. Above the ravine, cold and cloudy, no visibility, but no rain, except
Clear hot and humid – great for pics but made for a thirsty hike, drank lots
Presidential Traverse. Started at Appalachia trailhead. Overnight at The Perch. Crossed Mount Washington today in heavy rain and 60-70 mph sustained winds.
This was a really fun hike. Lake of the Clouds Hut is an incredible place. We got frostbite during the last mile, glad for warmth
