This was day 2 of our hike, car camp, and hike again weekend. Umunhum is pleasant and quick. You always want to get there early
Mt Tam
It was a long day but a beautiful hike! It was foggy in the morning but it cleared out.
Mount Umunhum
Started hiking around 4 Pm on Sunday evening and met only two other couples on the trail. It was very calm and fully shaded trail.
2 peak weekend – blood albinos
I didn't see any blood albinos but there is a legend about them on Hicks Rd. Mining people that never saw the sun! Did Mt.
We conquered Mt Tam!
Started from the Dipsea trailhead near Stinson beach – did the suggested route [https://socalhiker.net/hiking-stinson-beach-to-mount-tamalpais/] up to Mt Tamalpais summit. It started out nice and shady

After driving out to Muir Woods trailhead to hike Mount Tamalpais two weeks ago and discovering parking reservations were required, I made parking reservations ($8.50)
