Mailbox Peak

It was a bit of an impromptu hike. We needed a workout, weather conditions were meh, but it felt so good to be out there

The weather was perfect today! New trail both ways. Nice hike, would have nicer if I was in my 25 year old body! 3.25 miles

Started from the new TH and went back down new TH. Strava clocked 11.42mi and 4,104ft elevation gain. I typically go up the old TH

Got to the trail head at 7AM and there were already a dozen cars, surprising given it’s a Monday and a lot of snow the

Hiked with Vijay and Nico! Started around 8:15 a.m. and hiked up and down the old trail. Very windy, misty. and cold above tree line.
