Beginning is definitely hard climb but it doesn’t stop there. Continued up and downs to the summit with beautiful scenery.

The ropes and ladder at the end were an unexpected challenge. Great hike!
Volcan Mountain
Quite a bit of incline in the beginning. Plenty of shade the first 1.5-2 miles and then the last part is open to the valley.
