We camped at Paso Picacho campground so we got up early to beat the heat and to have the least amount of traffic on the

We hiked up the fire road and down Azalea Glen. The fire road is steep, exposed but short. The trail down was beautiful, lots of
hiked CUYAMACA PEAK with my husband. Beautiful!
Took us three and a half hours but it was worth it. Beautiful day. Breeze felt good. My three boys did great!

We went up the fire road then down the trail. Weather was nice. Rocks on the trail were slippery.
Cuyamaca me walkalot
Paved but pretty. Loved the big trees at the top, and we could see Potato Chip Rock (Woodsen) from a lookout close to the top
