What a slog fest this hike is. Beautiful views but the constant up and down is crazy.
Kick my butt mountain ⛰
Trail in good condition but some areas are slippery. Slipped twice. Some severe downhills and uphills which got my cardio up and kicked my butt.
Knee Buster
Definitely a challenge of endurance, if trying to beat your best time for mileage covered. Great view. Enjoyed it. Weather was perfect. Clear sky. Cool
6 year old conquer El Cajon mountain
8.2 Hours with the family, boys did great 6, 9 and 13 with our dog. Wearer was perfect trail was good but some areas affected
El Cajon Mountain aka Rollercoaster Hike
Wow. This is definitely a rollercoaster style hike. The trail is beautiful and challenging. There were only a handful of hikers on the trail today.
