Beautiful day for a mother’s day hike! Swarms of lady bugs and few other people to be seen… we got a late start but made
20 plus miles… and 5883 elevation gain per my tracker! So excited to have completed this. =D
Solid hike. Views were a bit hazy from the top, and watch out for the poison ivy.
We started pretty early, so initial 2 hours was good. shortcut route is hard. It's very steep and approx. last 2 miles were hard. overall
