Mission Peak is not one of my favorites, so I decided to make it interesting this year. I reached the summit just in time for

Cold night time hike, but beautiful view at the top!  Great time to go to beat the crowds!

Beautiful day – mid sixties and hazy which is perfect for this trail because there is no shade.  6.3 out and back from the parking

Happened to pick the day of gale force winds up top.  Good news is that the sky was clear but the heavy wind made it
