Mission Peak

Picture-perfect day at MissionPeak. Did my water jug carry to amp up the fun.

Started at Stanford parking lot trailhead at 7am. Beautiful green hills and was greeted with plenty of cows along the way. It was gradual steep

I tracked it at 6.7 mi. 2111 ft elevation gain. Very muddy most of the trail. Views are amazing and weather was perfect.

Cold, wet and extremely muddy!! Yikes. Nearly got hypothermia at the summit- wasn’t paying attention to how sweaty I was, and I sat too long

Amazing. This was my 11th summit of Mission Peak (just this year), and the best. Weather was perfect (there was snow the previous week). Monument
