More of a walk up a fire road than my ideal hike but it was a good time nonetheless. Lots of laughs but little shade.

Didn’t love this hike. Mostly fire road, zero shade, no breeze, blazing hot. But loved the workout from the elevation.
I did it!!! This was my last peak. The first mile of the trail was quite rugged and rocky then it opened up to a
excellent views. most of it is a fire road that is exposed to the sun, but starting at dawn helped.
