The hike to Mount Sizer was definitely an experience. The “Short Cut” was indeed intense. Poverty Flat was probably the least excruciating of the trails.
Nice cool day. Started out at 9 AM and the sun came out about noon. Ran into some campers at Frog Lake then no one
15.11 miles, 4455 feet of climb! Went early to climb the shortcut while the sun was still low.
