It was a cool and misty Saturday. Drove here from San Francisco, and saw 4 deer on the way to the trailhead. Took the Matt
Fog all day. Fortunately summit above clouds with some nice views. Easy hike on well maintained trails/fire roads.
Perfect day. Started out cool in the morning, shady Steep Ravine Trail to Pantoll, then easy ascent along Old Railroad Grade to the East Peak.
Excellent day for a hike – cool, sunny. Started from Stinson Beach in calm conditions and by the time we reached the top of Mt.
Pantoll trailhead-Matt Davis-Hoo Koo E Koo-Hogback Rd- Railroad Gradw Fire Rd-FernCreek.
